Where To Buy Household Items?

I'm looking for pillows, towels and rugs. Any ideas on where to buy these items? I live in San Telmo and have been here for about a week. Please help! Thanks!

I use Carrefour on Ave. La Plata in Caballito. Huge store. They have everything that you mentioned & then some. The 65 bus drops you right in front of it.
