Where to find glow sticks? (for a halloween costume?)

I'm hoping to put together a simple halloween costume by attaching glow sticks to black clothes. (to make a stick person But I don't know if / where I can find glow sticks here in capital federal. Any ideas?

Glow sticks, or the glowing necklaces that I can straighten out, or some sort of glow-in-the-dark tape, etc. Anything like that would work. I spend most of my time in and around Palermo but I'm willing to travel throughout the city if necessary.

In Once on Lavalle street there are several stores that sell that kind of stuff. Also a toy store on Santa Fe and Pueyrredon ( next to McDoanlds ) has that kind of stuff on the 2nd floor
