Where to get a COVID test in Palmero

Hi all-Happy Holidays - I'm unfortunately heading back to the states on Sunday, but would like to get a covid test on Saturday before I leave. My Spanish is not great and I want to go somewhere that I know is reliable. Also, I need to be able to log onto their website to get my results as I will be in the states before it is ready. Right now I'm assuming they don't have rapid testing here. AND if you know the cost that would be great!!!!
