Where to select the monthly package I want on Personal Mobile?

Hi all, I'll be returning to Argentina for a few months and I'm restarting my Personal mobile account. I seem to remember that there used to be lots of good monthly PAYG packages hidden somewhere in the app, but now I see only two options - one of which is recurring (which I'd rather avoid). There's even another one mentioned on the home page that I can't select!

When I had service with Claro, I had an idea for a commercial:

Two friends sitting at a café in BA, phone rings, person answers, "Hola...hola...hola?" Looks at his phone, then the friend and says, "Se corto...no tengo servicio." The friend says, "Claro."

Claro are selling big data packages cheap, but Personal have better performance (especially in Buenos Aires). You should really notice the difference with a newer mobile phone.
