Where to study, as little as possible, to get a student extension visa...

I need to get a "Certificado de Inscripcion -Alumno regular"
Any advice where to enroll in a private institution (Universidad de Palermo?...) to study as little as possible and get that paper
I dont want to embark on long studies, the ideal would be to study once a week by night time (I have a DNI para extranjero and I need this paper to extend my student visa..)
Humanities, arts preferred

I'd pick a university w/ a low monthly fee... You don't want to spend more than a few hundred pesos for classes you're barely gonna attend.
