Where To Wait For An Arriving Friend In Aeroparque

I'm going to pick up a friend arriving at Aeroparque this week, and I'd like to wait for him near arrivals. Does anyone know if there is a cafe or other convenient place I can tell him to meet me?

On another note, taxi can be a bitch at Aeroparque. Especially if its raining or too many flights arriving at the same time.
