I'd expect both to be very busy. It's on ESPN2 which all places that are sports bar will have so as long as it is open late on a Sunday you should be fine.
I would recommend going to Sullivans early to get a seat, if you can't get there early and it is too busy when you do arrive then i would recommend going up to Plaza Serrano which is nearby and has a collection of the type of bars that I imagine would be able to show this.
