Yes. It doesn't apply for everybody, yes dependes a lot of the group of people you meet.

The reasons I moved here in no particular order: the culture, the exchange rate, the ability to ride horses (not applicable to many of you) for a reasonable price, to start a biz with a friend of mine, to enjoy a more laid back life style...I had been here 3x & fell in love with the city. And I am probably lucky but have made some amazing friends here who have helped me adjust to the city & gone out of their way to make my trips enjoyable & have shown great joy & pride in introducing me to their country.I don't know how long I'll be here - at least 6 months but possibly more. If things go well, I'll be here on/off indefinitely for business reasons For what its worth - I find it sad that so many people here are so bitter about being in Arg (or at least their posts seem to indicate it) Is it perfect here? Of course not. No country or city is perfect.
