Why Doesn't Wifi (Personal) Work With My Iphone?

I bought a SIM card from Personal for an unlocked iPhone from Canada.

I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get the WIFI to work.

Customer service at Personal told me that I had to remove the battery in order to activate the WIFI. This seems quite extreme because it requires special pliers, etc.

Has anyone else had this problem here? If so, does anyone know what the solution is???

Just buy another sim for 15 pesos and throw this one in dustbin.

cut the sim to the nano size and insert it and voila!

Are you talking about WIFI or mobile internet? WIFI should typically not depend on the SIM card, or are you trying to connect to Personal-owned WIFI networks?

You can select a wifi network from the settings on your phone. It has nothing to do with personal. Just click and turn it on and log on to your preferred wifi network

Sorry, I should have been clear. It is not WIFI-- I want to connect to mobile internet.
