Why The Future Is Here In The South, Another Example

You present a cartoon, and call that a "good analysis"?

Here is an article that mentions many of the same things:

I agree with Camberiu, this is a "lobo em pele de cordeiro."

When I read the title of the thread I thought it would be about the abundance of natural resources, having only 15% of the world population in the southern hemisphere. Turns out it wasn't. Instead of arguing, try to read between the lines. The new fcc regulations are horrible and the police state keeps getting stronger back home. They just keep people distracted with senseless releases of "new" versions of gadgets every 6 months, with celebrity scandals, and news channels that won't tell tge truth.

OK, Frenchie and Ejcot, have fun with fugazzeta: http://www.planetajoy.com/?El_podio_de_la_fugazzeta%3A_donde_pedir_las_10_mas_ricas&page=ampliada&id=6703&utm_medium=Email&utm_source=Newsmaker&utm_campaign=Newsmaker%20-%20news-25-abril%20-%2025-04-2014

Don't get ahead yourself - it's not yet an FCC regulation. It's a proposal.

I want the pizza threads back, it's getting boring!

Here's a US pizza under the new regulations.

Does it matter what format was presented? So, if it is not done by a guy wearing a tie and a suit it does not count? Did you listen to the actual law being quoted on the video, with the critical paragraphs being pointed out? The actual practical examples being given?

Yes, I did watch the whole thing, awkward translations and all. Your paraphrase is not quite accurate. It does not "allow any politician to quickly order a legal take down", as you said. It allows anyone to petition a judge to order such. Granted, there are problems with this, but it's not what you said.

Agreed that paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 19 of the legislation are problematic. Agreed it has some warts. Agreed it's not perfect. But even your video admits there are some good parts to it, and the tone of your video is not exactly even-handed. Given the corrupted nature of the political process as we know it, perfect legislation remains an impossible dream.

In summary see what I said above about "two steps forward, one step back". I see this in that light. Obviously you don't. People have different opinions.
