I hate to tell you but the USA doesn't have any corner on hypocrisy. The root of comments like this are generally envy.

Neither did I. Why, Argentina is in its usual position on a shared 158 place (where 1 is least corrupt) in the perceived corruption index, so this comes as a real surprise.

Shocked, stunned, shocked and stunned.
 
I have no reaction at all - its 4am here in Belgrano and I've just woken up after 2 hours sleep to start work - I'll need several strong coffees before I am capable of a reaction :)
