Most of the central banks in the developed world have been feverishly engaged in QE. We're told at some point the economies will reach "escape velocity" and power forward without central bank help.

Once the developed world reaches Economic Escape Velocity (EEV) this should ease Argentina's debt problems by stimulating markets for Argentinian soy and other agricultural products.

That makes 0 sense Joseph.

You'll have to 'splain to us how QE is supposed to get the US/Japan/(Europe?) out of their respective recessions. Then you'll have to 'splain how it will somehow get the Chinese to buy more Argentine grains. Then you'll have to 'splain how the massive bubbles it is creating won't blow up in developing markets and then elsewhere.

You got a lot of splainin to do.

Yellen Says World Benefits From Fed QE Boosting U.S. Growth

The trick is instead of just making repeat threads when the previous ones don't take, you also need to announce your intention to continue to post such repeat threads for the immediate future.
The problem is that people are more interested in mocking Belgium's wimpy soccer team than discussing important economic issues!

Nice one José: a 2012 article in which Yellen says QE is going to cause growth. How'd that work out?

You should be ashamed of yourself. And you Skype your mother with that keyboard?
