winery/wine tasting in BA

My sister's coming to visit in a few weeks and is a big fan of Argentine wines. She's interested in going to a vineyard/winery, but I'm not sure we'll have enough time to make it to Mendoza, so I was wondering if anyone knew of anything closer to BA that we could do? Maybe a very informative wine tasting or a small winery or something? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
