I am looking to hire a local who is fluent in word press, web page design, that sort of thing.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I live in microcentro, so residence or office close to here would be preferable.

I am "fluent in" WordPress and can work with it with my eyes closed. Web design, I'm not a designer but it depends on what your requirements are. I am still working on "that sort of thing" though but I'm sure I could master it . Send me a PM if you want and we can talk.
