Go to Barracas, head down to the Riachuelo and follow it upstream through Pompeya, Villa Soldati, Villa Riachuelo and up to Villa Lugano - don't forget visit attractions like 1-11-14, Ciudad Oculta, Villa 21, Barrio Presidente Rivadavia, etc - you'll be wishing you were in Caminito, Retiro, Once or Constitucion.
