Does anyone know of a ladies field hockey club in the city that i could join? Or a good, cheap, central place to do yoga?? I live in Retiro

It doesn't matter what a map or a Guia T says your neighborhood is called, YOU DO NOT LIVE IN "RETIRO".

You live "near Plaza San Martin".

Now remember that and don't ever repeat the "Retiro" line again. It will drive boys (or girls) away faster than shit through a goose. And it will give your mother a heart attack after she reads an article on Buenos Aires' "paco" epidemic.

Best yoga in town is with Thuy Bogart at Fluid Movement. It's pretty aerobic power yoga- an amazing workout. She has a studio in her apartment in Corrientes y Pringles. Her website is www.fluidmovement.net
