Your experiences with Paula Carello / Lux Brumalis?

I am currently using Paula, there were times where she was slow to respond, but it had nothing to do with my process so I wasn't too worried. It wasn't delaying it or anything. Overall her and her team have done a good job so far.

I hired her in March? Can't exactly recall when. Arrived here in April. I don't have the rentista Visa yet, but the wheels are all in motion. I've renewed my precaria one time, and on the website, it looks like everything is running smooth.

The overall process for me is a pain in the ass, and I am grateful to have her to help. It was easier to get my Italian passport than it has been to get my rentista Visa.
