Hi all! I am in the hunt to find the best internet locutorio in the city! There is a pretty good one on Peru near Mexico, but I would like to see if any expats out there have found some awesome ones they usually use...I have a laptop and everything but would like to know of some internet places to go to while I am cruising around the city - the criteria for good in my book is -
1. An EXTREMELY fast internet connection (some i have seen are worse than dialup from 1994
)
2. Clientele that don´t smoke next to you
3. Fairly new flatscreen computers
4. Friendly staff
5. Skype included in computers with headphones that work and volume that works
