Will, I think be a little shocking with the lack of subsidy.
The phrase 'We've never had it so good', springs to mind.
Moved house recently and the new bill was only 52 pesos and then I read what it would have been without subsidies......$160.
I'm in two minds about subsidies, but on reflection I don't really see an alternative in these harsh times.
