Interestingly Zika hasn't caused an increase in Colombia but is causing Guillain-Barré syndrome.

Some people have started to blame monsanto and Pyriproxyfen for the microcephaly outbreak, but that pesticide is used in tonnes of places worldwide so its strange that its only affecting Brazil.

Belem and Manaus? You are still more likely to be shot or stabbed or forcibly sodomized, or any combination of those.
I could pretty much handle being shot or stabbed, but forcibly sodomised isn't something I'd like to contemplate.

The Center for Disease Control suggests DEET, Kevlar vests, and chastity belts.
