In my experience they generally require the first months' rent, a deposit equal to a month's rent, a garantía, plus a 20% fee to the agent.

My question was equally a question about what brands' papel manteca actually work sas it was about where to get them, so just searching for papel manteca on ML or showing up to a gastronomic store without knowing anything about the brands wouldn't solve my issue.

It depends on what's happening in your immigration process. I think for most of the year nothing's going on for most people's immigration process.

Is it a nice beach city? Yes. Does it satisfy "a luxury European exclusive vibe, glamour, classy restaurants, nightlife, music, beach yoga"? In my opinion, no.

You can also look for temporary rentals on Zonaprop. That's how I found my place before I got my DNI, and was able to agree on a longer-term arrangement.
