Percentage wise, here in Argentina a huge jump. I follow some US prices (food/wine) and while coffee price there has increased, it's no where near as dramatic as in Argentina.

While the coffee here is still not great, (unless top quality coffee is purchased at an exorbitant price) I won't switch to tea (well, ice tea is great).
WU fees are posted on their website and I consider the fee as a cost of living here. Cash pick-ups or direct deposits to a bank account are the options I use. They offer discounts at times. Their service has been excellent, in my opinion.
So who has the government contract to make all the new water meters being installed? At what unit price? And who supplies the workers to dig and install them?
I laughed looking at that pic and sent a copy to a friend in Ft Lauderdale who shops at Whole Foods (a pricy market) for his reaction. He said yes, that could very well ne the price( IF it was stiffed with two U.S. $20 bills.
