I WISH the health care reform would take us to a socialized system - did you see Sicko? the people in socialized countries are doing just fine, thank you - but really all it's meant to do is give U.S. citizens reasonable access to health care. It's mind-boggling that anyone could be against limiting the insurance companies' ability to deny coverage so they get even richer while we continue to die. Speaking of death, it's hard not to laugh that you STILL BELIEVE the hateful lies about the state deciding who lives and who dies. It's just so... gullible. And, one needn't look very far into the past to be reminded of another war that the U.S. threw tons of resources at and still spent years losing before ultimately calling it quits. Never underestimate the power of a small but dedicated force against a much larger but more or less apathetic one. I'm not saying I justify the war or our presence there, but it's unrealistic to think that the Taliban are not without real advantages.
