From what I read yesterday, it pertains only to a particular list of specific providers. For example I did not see Medicus or OSDE on that list. Check with your health care provider.

From what I heard on the news, it is all prepagos. You don't pay for private practice visits but clinics/hospitals - yes. Unclear how you get reimbursement. Im not optimistic.
