Account Manager (Pay in USD) (Work from Home)

myZone Media is recruiting for an outstanding Account Manager to manage and maintain existing client relationships across North America. You will assist Sales Executives with finalizing contracts, training new clients and ensuring each related process is carried out at the highest possible standard. Please note that this position requires perfect spoken and written English.

About Us: myZone Media helps nightlife professionals create awesome events. Our ticketing platform, ticketZone.com, powers the ticketing & admissions for thousands of nightlife clients. Our marketing platform clubZone.com provides party and club event information to 22 million people per year. We are very serious about two things: being the best in the world at what we do, and having fun in the process.

Primary Responsibilities:
Finalizing contracts. Managing and documenting contracts closed by myZone Media.
Coordinating between Account Executives and various departments.
Quality control: Ensuring each process is completed and up to high standards.
Client follow-ups and up-selling.
Developing sales opportunities.

Requirements of Applicants:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Native English speaker
Experience with Google Docs, Outlook, Skype, Search etc.
Knowledge of SalesForce.com a plus
Experience of Account Management, Customer Service
Experience with email and phone sales a plus
Extremely detailed oriented and organized
Ability to effectively prioritize work flow
Excellent task and time management skills
Proficiency in French a plus

Work hours & Location:
myZone Media works in a "Results Oriented Work Environment" or ROWE. This allows the team to work very unique hours from various locations in the world. ROWE allows you to be your own manager while being held accountable via critical numbers (activities, calls, and client contact). Please note that this position does require availability from 12-9pm BsAs time.

Applicants must have the ability to work from home or remotely with a strong internet connection and their own laptop and headset.

Position available:
Immediately - This is a three-month contract after which performance will be assessed. If successful, this will be transferred to a permanent employment contract.

Compensation:
$1,250 USD / month. Raise to $1,500 USD / month after three months. Internet compensated.

Indeed! The compensation is higher than for a bilingual employee at the US Embassy working his ass off 40 hours a week, and this is a telecommuting position. Sounds like a catch, given that someone said that 7800 ARS/month is a fair average employee for a clerk in Argentina!
