About the position
The Account Manager role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients are satisfied. This should be someone experienced in digital marketing, particularly Facebook. The AM manages client relationships after the sales process. The ideal AM becomes an advocate for the clients internally and their trusted advisor who helps them achieve critical business goals.
The role reports to the COO and is responsible for achieving the following key results:
• Manage client relationships – be the main POC between clients and Ready Set
• Onboard clients post sales
• Understand and articulate the client’s key objectives
• Provide strategic guidance and identify opportunities to add value to client
• Ensure client satisfaction by working with teammates – Creative Directors, Project Coordinators, Editors and Accounting
• Present campaign performance results to client
• Handle renewals and opportunities to expand services provided
• Provide internal feedback to improve processes and services based on insights gained from client interactions.
• Track client health metrics
Competencies:
• Good communicator – you listen carefully and excel at written communication. You are comfortable interacting with multiple people at once.
• Coachable and humble – you take feedback well and grow from it.
• Curious – learn and ask questions – get to know the client’s business and how to help.
• Problem solver – you focus on resolving the problem vs. getting caught up in the emotion.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated passion for helping clients succeed
• 3 years of account management experience
• Knowledge of digital performance advertising best practices and trends
• Experience analyzing digital marketing campaign performance
• Experience working on remote teams
• BONUS: Experience with project management tools – Asana, Monday, Trello, JIRA, etc.
