Alamo is one of those places where you go as a newcomer when you don't know where else to go. It's just so...ick. I thought it had kind of a trashy yet somehow sinister spring break vibe. Unless you're an older expat man looking for a young porteña gringo hunter, or a binge drinking study abroad chick who still can't tell the creepy Argentine men from the normal ones, I don't get how anyone can like this place.
