Argentine police looked so lame, incapable and useless. They probably do not care if someone is gunned down.
Applaud for this young yankee who speaks perfect Spanish (probably half argie and half American), I probably would punch the fat face of thief too,
I wonder why he didn't kick his fat ass when he was sitting there.

It is a good practice not to put valuable stuff in the backpack. Always wear your passport/dinero, hide under the jacket. Never, never put
large amount of cash in the backpack.

But I am still surprised the guy is robbed at the airport !

A few weeks ago, someone complained to the Beijing Airport police that he lost a cellphone that covered with diamonds and gold. The police
checked the images of the airport cameras, found out a peasant woman picked up the phone, and exit the airport. The police then followed
her with the endless cameras, to subway, and exit the subway, then to her block, quickly found her. That's how many cameras are in
China airports and streets, It's the same in US now. Cameras are all over the streets of US small cities in the last 10 years, this process
has been very quiet and wide spread.
