I have just recently arrived in BA, currently on a sabbatical and planning to stay for 6 months while attending culinary school (for fun, not profession)!

Hola Mark! I will be visiting BA 2nd weekend in April and wonder if you could recommend a few restaurants that would serve vegetarian dishes. I am traveling with a friend who eats meat but since you are specializing in culinary perhaps you've had a chance to visit the local eateries. I only have a weekend in BA before ferrying over to Montevideo and driving up the coast of Uruguay and then another weekend BA on return. Also I am taking Tango classes so I hope to hit a club or two to try out my footwork, heh. Thanks for any tips.
