Any experiences with Soc. Security Administration at the U S Embassy in BA?

Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone has had a good or bad experience obtaining an appointment or in regard to any dealings with the Soc Security dept at the Embassy?… I need to get a new Social Security card issued, as I got remarried and want to be able to get the RealID when I go back to Massachusetts to renew my license…and it will probably be advantageous to have a current Soc. Sec card reflecting my new and correct name for this…

Good Experience with SSA at the Embassy. Just sent an email to the address listed on the web page and got a prompt reply to my querie

They used to have an special window for US cits, retirees,etc.
Since 2001, they do not deal directly with customers for security reasons.
Still the consulate has a net page where you could ask for an appoitment, I think.
