I should imagine it is anything that comes easily to hand - why? Have you just been a target and are you wondering what cleaning product to use? On this occasion http://baexpats.org/expat-life/10890-bsas-dangerous.html#post76322 I would say that it was a vinegar-based spicy brown sauce but it came out of my coat easily enough when it was cleaned.
