I'm once again at the end of my tourist lease and setting out to explore the non-tourist possibilities (yet again). Posting at the off chance that someone is either a landlord with something available or knows someone who is. I'm currently in a pretty good size PH in Palermo Hollywood paying $1110 USD with bills included. I wouldn't of course move unless I found something cheaper. I've got a hyper dog and need space - would kill for a small plot of grass. I have someone who could provide a guarentia but would love to do it without. Colegiales, Villa Urquiza, Nunez, Belgrano? I'm open to decent areas. 9000 pesos a month maybe?? I don't think I'll find a better deal than what I have in Palermo. Any ideas or referrals would be lovely.
