Anyone Ever Used Argentina Rent Apart?

My husband and I are coming back to BA. We've gotta be down there in a couple weeks, so we want to rent a temporary place for a month while we hunt around to find a long (ish)-term, furnished one bedroom (preferably in my dream location near Corrientes and Medrano). The prices here: http://argentinarentapart.com/ are not looking so bad considering they're always going to be higher going through an agency like this.

I searched the forum but didn't find anything. Anyone ever used these guys?

I used them twice and was positively surprised: they have english-speaking agents, quickly understood what I was looking for and could show me some alternatives and were helpful even after the contract was made. The only "negative" point is that their offer in terms of available apartments is smaller compared to other sites, but if I'd look for an apartment again, I'd start by contacting them.

One big advantage of AirBNB is you pay by credit card and don't need to bring a lot of cash down.
