It is a 1 Bedroom Apartment close to Plaza San Martin (Suipacha and Marcelo T. Alvear), just one block from Santa Fe Av., 1 block from 9 de Julio Av and 5 blocks from Libertador Av. It´s a good neighborhood, safe, and close to downtown and Recoleta.
The apartment has 1 big living room, a separated kitchen, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 bedroom (double bed and a big closet).
