Hi y'all, I have issues with an old imac and I called around to see how to deal with the issue. I checked reviews here and contacted a couple of folks thinking that my computer guy was going to be too busy. Well,I had to go back to your old love... Emiliano always help me and he knows lots, he is able to explain clearly what goes on and makes my old imac computer work as I need it ...until a miracle happens and I can get a new one to BA. I don't usually recommend folks but this one is a gem, I put the link in case someone is in need I get no discount I just think the guy is great and honest.

May I ask what went wrong? I'm scheduled to take my ancient machines to Emiliano - need to clean ports, fix a non-clicking trackpad, and tighten a loose lid. Is he all right for such stuff?

I'd like to fix and update my faithful old Macs - one is ten years old, the other seven.
I got a 2023 one which was a sore disappointment - only one port, and a new style power cord instead of the trusty Magsafe. Doesn't even show when it is charging.

Advise would be most welcome, as I'm a card-carrying Ciber Moron.

Well I have to say that he did a remote check on my computer which had three different types of windows opening with different mesages for me to put some info, and he run his virus check and he.told me I had no virus. He said it was nothing serious he said I needed to buy a 300 USD I dont remember what. Thank goodness a friend checked my computer and he said you got a major virus they want tp get into your accounts etc. I just had to re configure it and problem solved no need to spend any money. This is my experience only it might be good for others.

Mac place I found on Google. Fairly local to me. Looks decent and reviews are ok. I would go to a PC place and ask. Maybe the best option.
