Appropriate Christmas Gifts for encargada, etc

What is the etiquette for gift-giving when it comes to encargadas and cleaning ladies? It is my first Christmas in Buenos Aires, and my roommates and I are planning to give a "bonus" to our cleaning lady, as well as a monetary gift to our encargada. What are appropriate amounts?

I'd say it depends if it's a small/big building (bigger=smaller gift)
