Areas of BsAs to Live..Best/worst?

I found my PH in Nunez (150 meters from Belgrano) on this site:

The home page has a great map that shows he actual boundries of the varios barrios.

In the past few years I have seen many ads for apartments that claim to be in Recoleta when they were actually in Retiro, Palermo, or Bario Norte. The area of Palermo that connects with Recoleta is often referred to as Bario Norte, but this map shows BN to be on the other side of Cordoba.

okay found some cool looking aprtments w/ exposed brick walls in Puerto Madero.What are the pros and cons of that area?Any public transportation that way?

Almost no public transportation and super expensive. Well, it depends on your income obviously.
