Not a very well informed or indeed original article from The Guardian which I normally quite enjoy.
You can tell the author/s has/have probably never set foot in the country and the footnote tells us that the article incorporates material from The Washington Post.
Unfortunately they have a valid point about Scioli who has about as much charisma as a dead sheep at an actuaries seminar, but with Argentina you never know.

The journalist who did the piece Nick Miroff is the Latin America correspondent for The Washington Post and I think that this piece originally was from there.

Some of the comments on the Guardian are brilliant....
 
I stand corrected, maybe Nick lives in Palermo.
