Argentina doesn t require for visa for UK citizens.

They mean your admition to Argentina. The i-94.

They can reject you if your story is fishy, like if you say you come for tourism and you have your marriage suit.

It is unusual but as far as you seems to be stress about that, you seems a candidate for f.....g up with the immigration agent. So, i suggest you say the true.

Ok i had no problem getting in. They just asked me if i was a tourist and i said yes and then i had a photo taken etc..... I have another question. I need my birth certificate translating professionally in to spanish for the marriage but I have given them a certified copy of my birth certificate to do. Is this sufficient to be tranlated or does it need to be strictly the original. The certified copy has some sort of application form behind it so the translator assumed this needs to be translated to.

A certified copy (with apostille) from the UK is fine.https://www.gov.uk/g...ument-legalised If the copy hasn't been legalised you can do so with that link and then pay for it to be sent to Argentina, took me a week.
