Argentine Passports For Spouses Of Argentine Citizens

a most unique situation, when you are abroad and hold an Argentinean passport but you are not Argentinean citizen hard to explain to foreign authorities . Could you vote in an Argentinean Embassy abroad? I wonder if other countries have this bizarre situation?
 
It looks to me from reading that information that you can't do that anymore. Oh well. Would have been a headache to get done anyways.
