Have been in business for many years, I believe the owners are second generation Japanese in Argentina, delicious Japanese food and sushi. The best, the private room with the low table surrender by paper screens, feels like a little trip to Japan. Reservation recommend

I like Tori Tori, which doesnt do sushi, but they have authentic yakitori (skewers) onigiri, edamame, and brochettes. All foods that are much easier to source authentic ingredients in Buenos Aires than sushi. http://toritori.com.ar/

My favorite ramen here was from Mirutaki, but I don't know how authentic it is tbh, I have never been abroad.
