Background Check Requirements For Residency

Hola chicos!!

Como están?

I'm an Australian who's been here for several years.

I'm trying to apply for residency and it's asked for the Australian Police Background Identity Check

There are 2 types of background checks available

Name and Date of Birth ($53)
Name, Date of Birth and Fingerprint ($179)

(This is on the Australian Police Website)

Does anyone know if I need the Fingerprint check too??
Or can I get just the Name and Data of Birth??

I should add that I'm in Australia right now (so would go to the local police station if I need fingerprints done).

Your name and date of birth can be verrified by your passport.

Argentine migraciones requires a police report which includes any criminal history and that means you will need the background check with fingerprints.
