The 'guy' is named Larry, or 'El Tejano' as he prefers to be called. Makes a damn good brisket. I haven't had his ribs yet, but I'm sure they are scrumptious.

If you are looking for BBQ, El Tejano is the guy to talk to. Had the pleasure of attending one of his events a few weeks ago and it was exquisite. He's been in the BBQ game a while down here, be sure to talk to him about salsa/sauce while you're at it.
