Best Pasta Shop

We havn't had much luck trying random pasta shops.

Looking for quality ravioli and other stuffed pasta to make at home.

Any thoughts appreciated.

My agrentino friends seem to like Mas Pastas on the corner of Arenales y Larrea

I agree with Mas Pastas. You need to ask for a fabrica de pastas frescas around your home and ask them for the cooking directions. La Juvenil used to be a good chain, but not exactly cheap.

Salzamendi on Peña btw Billingurst and S. Bustamante, Milena on callao and Juncal, La Juvenil has many stores

I think it ought to qualify for the 'Favorite and Positive/Only in Argentina' thread that there are pasta shops. Not only that but enough pasta shops to make a 'Best Pasta Shop' thread even possible.

The Fabrica de Pastas "La Bologna" on Av Reg Patricios 1855 in La Boca are famous for their ravioles. The best one's i've tried!! Only opens 3 days a week.
