Best service provider and prepaid plan for iPhone 4

'Tis actually not important. Very simple to cut down normal sim to fit iphone 4+. Google for lots of guides.

Mobistar : Weak 3G coverage outside of major city centers, poor data speeds. In Capital signals are constantly lost and 3G speeds are terrible.

I dont agree : the only reason why I don't give up 3g is that it works perfectly out of the city center. We have constant full reception, good enough to Skype with video.

In Capital reception has been terrible for the last 6 months or so, before it was more then good.

Yes it is unlocked as of a few days ago. Purchased an IMEI unlock for ATT iPhone on eBay, will see how it works tomorrow!
