You will first open a Charles Schwab brokerage account and then a checking account can be set up with the debit card. (You never have to buy anything or make any investments.)

Click to expand... There is a limit to how many withdrawals they will reimburse for each month. I forget what the limit is, but I've never bumped up against it.
