Where are the best rates and most reliable to buy $AR for $US?
 
I remember someone gave an address for a location to go to but I can't find the post. Help please.
 
In BA you can safely go to Galeria Boston, Florida 134, down and to the right.
Also on the new galeria located in the corner of Florida and Corrientes.
 
In Recoleta there's a cueva underneath (literally) the Alvear Palace hotel. Enter from Posadas.

Thanks , the Hotel is at the Corner of Ayacucho and Av, Alvear . Cueva is at Posadas and Ayacucho corner?
 
In the little Galeria under the hotel on Posadas. Look for the door that says "this isn't a (cueva)". Or otherwise unmarked.PM me if you need more specific info. But usually there is at least one policeman hanging out in front of the Galeria.
