Precut - Modern Japanese Timber Construction

and its carpentry method on how to build a house similar to assembling a puzzle game.

Will be importing these pre-cut and numbered wood pieces for fast assembly and may be

combined with AR metal construction framing ?

I suggest you buy rather than build.

Here is a sweet little cottage close to Pilar and close to you price range:

The lot is less than half the size you specified, but from my own experience, 2000-2500 meters is plenty of land to live on.

This looks like a great value but of course you'd have to see it in person to form your own opinion.

Sweet little cottage but here's the access road to it :p (stopped on my way to Capital to take the pic). I guess the house entrance is on the right, 20/30 meters after the old truck

This place in Pilar looks much better for just $8K more:

Much better area in Del Viso. Furthermore this house must be 1 or 2 blocks away from the police station (quite safe).

If someone has 2 millions -> http://casas.mitula.com.ar/offer-detalle/644/97073688914951682/1/1/barrio-jazmines-viso/Amaira?cc=1

5 hectares, again very close to the Police station.
