Today for lunch, I tried Wayback Burgers in Palermo Soho. It's a chain from the US. The menu is similar to Wendy's, burgers, hot dogs, chili, milkshakes, etc. They make everything fresh when you order so the taste is definitely better in my opinion. They don't have the gourmet burger combinations that you'll find at other places, like portobello mushrooms, blue cheese, sun dried tomatoes etc, but for a fast food place I would recommend it. The store itself is brand new, clean, spacious. Address and everything else is here - https://www.facebook.com/WaybackBurgersArgentina

I tried a mostaza burger a few weeks ago. It was ok, nothing to write home about.

Paris Burger caught my attention today while I walked along Suipacha, but I was not tempted to stop for lunch.

As someone mentioned it's all subjective. I hate the thick patties, and after food poisoning from a medium-well burger I'll never eat anything out of ground beef anything but well done.

I like a simple burger, none of those gourmet options. I just want good beef, raw onion, pickles ketchup and mustard. Back home on my last trip I tried Shake Shack, right up my alley.

Here my favorite burger is without a doubt The Embers in Martinez. They now have locations opened at both airports so it can be easier to give it a try on your way out. Inside security in AEP, right before security at EZE. It's been open since the 60s and is a local favorite. They had a fire and had to close for a while and re-opened to a desperate waiting loyal fan base, me included. haha
