Looking to move to BA this Summer and considering either Lincoln or BAICA for our three kids (aged 6-16). We are considering an apt in Belgrano, Palermo or Recoleta area but kinda concerned that the commute for the kids might be really long - it's 30 kilometers. Any experiences, suggestions, POVs would be appreciated.
